Job Responsibilities:
- Produce timely and appropriate analysis/insights on oil collection performance - Product, Region, Collection Amount etc.
- Stakeholders management - Work closely with stakeholder (branch admin, marketing, collectors) on action plans and KPIs to meet targets and diligent follow-ups on action plans/ tracking KPIs
- Drive business process improvement across the organization - identifying opportunities, risks and monitor progress of process improvements
- Manage reporting deliverables - review actual business performances, monthly & quarterly forecast cycle, annual budgeting and providing variance commentaries.
- Ability to link cost to revenue - how best to optimize the resources to drive revenue.
- Support and assist top level management by providing critical commercial advices for decision makings.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Min 3 years working experience, candidate with experience in financial analysis will be an added advantage
- Able to think out of the box and provide advice to the sales and admin team
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel is required
- High sense of urgency and agility
