The Graphics Designer Team Lead will be responsible for managing the company's graphics design team, overseeing the creation of high-quality visual designs for clients. The successful candidate will be required to provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that they deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage the company's graphics design team, including setting team goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Collaborate with other departments to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet client needs.
Lead the design team in creating visual designs for a variety of media, including web pages, social media posts, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
Oversee the creation of design prototypes, ensuring that they meet client specifications and are delivered on time.
Ensure that all designs are of high quality and meet the company's standards for creativity, accuracy, and consistency..
Requirements:
Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Expert knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.
Strong portfolio of design work, demonstrating a range of design styles and techniques.
