Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the relevant departments of BG Social recruitment and campus recruitment work, formulate effective recruitment strategies and promote their implementation to ensure open source, selection and attraction of talents
2. Responsible for human resource market analysis of relevant departments, effectively manage and optimize recruitment channels
3 , Participate in the construction of recruitment system, select relevant optimization projects, effectively manage and optimize recruitment channels.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, have a strong interest in recruitment work and be able to continue to cultivate
2. Master basic interview methods and related knowledge, and play a key role in talent acquisition Or have good methods and experience in selection
3. Be willing to communicate, have good interpersonal skills, and have certain systematic thinking
4. Good teamwork spirit, resistance Pressure ability, strong goal orientation and efficient execution.
