Department Overview

Avigilon, a Motorola Solutions company, designs, develops and manufactures video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions. Avigilon's solutions have been installed at thousands of customer sites, including school campuses, transportation systems, healthcare centers, public venues, critical infrastructure, prisons, factories, casinos, airports, financial institutions, government facilities, and retailers.

Reporting to Avigilon’s RSD Nordics, the RSM will be a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about security solutions and is highly customer-focused and efficient.


Job Description

Where Do You Fit In?

We have an excellent opportunity for a sales driven and motivated individual to join our Video security as Regional Sales Manager. As such, you will be responsible for positioning the Avigilon Unity & Aviligon Alta VS&A solutions as the solutions of choice for our partners and end users. You'll identify, target, and win new business by building flourishing relationships with Video Security and Access control installers and integrators. You will be comfortable in discussing complex security projects where access control is the heart of the ecosystem. As your relationships mature, you'll establish opportunities for upselling, and showcase new products that our clients cannot live without.

Your Daily Routine?

  • Responsible for driving sales in assigned territory and target accounts through access control solutions selling.

  • Identify strategic areas for growth and develop plans to boost sales, whilst supporting the development and delivery of future strategies across the Region.

  • Develop and enable long-term account plans that highlight strategies to onboard new accounts and grow with the existing accounts.

  • Coordinate the interaction between key customers and MSI resources as needed.

  • Shares SME knowledge of the Avigilon Unity & Avigilon Alta Solutions in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction

  • Identify and convert new installers within the currently served markets.

  • Actively contribute to the creation of a certified installer community

  • Analyze market demand to identify growth opportunities and forecast future sales targets.

  • High level of end user visits

  • Drive business growth by influencing consultants and end-user groups to drive up demand.


Basic Requirements

The candidate for this exciting role should ideally have extensive sales skills, great sales achievements and focus. Frequent travel is required for the execution of the duties of the position. Therefore, the individual must have their home base in a location that is cost-efficient for frequent travel and logistically practical to support the territory.
