About the opportunity
As Supply Chain Associate, you will be responsible for Sanofi supply chain activities in Israel, ensuring that all day-to-day end to end logistics are following the continuous-flow principles in order to ensure the availability of the required quantities of products.

About growing with us – in this role you will
- Manage monthly forecasts of rolling company products
- Hold monthly meetings with marketing management to understand the market, its influence, and the current tendencies (aggregate the related filles to the meeting).
- Responsible for End-to-end inventory management
- Manage SAP stock tasks, update SKU data
- Maintain contacts with suppliers abroad
- Work closely with a variety of teams e.g. Quality, Regulatory & Finance, local distributor, customs brokers & forwarders
- Submit irregular requests (export/cancellations/updates during the “frozen horizon” – if needed)
- Prepare monthly reports: OOS, sales-out, stock, transit stock, rupture
- Manage the destruction process
- Tracking the KPI's goals
- Support different on-going projects, lead the continuous improvement of the demand planning process
About you: qualifications, education, and work experience
- BSc in Industrial Engineering or Logistics
- Experience 0-2 years - career starters are also welcome!
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Good skills in using Office tools/softwares, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of ERP, Power-Bi, SAP, Kinaxis, Stock Management is a plus
- Ability to cooperate transversally
