They are delivering laser systems, an essential submodule of ASML EUV lithography systems, and is responsible for the installation, commissioning, final testing and the service for these components.

Arranging a flawless material flow for system installation and arranging needed tools for scheduled system installation work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Material orders:
- Arranging a flawless material flow for system installation.
- Ordering spare parts for systems before SAT and providing lists of ordered spare parts.
- Ordering needed materials at the companies headquarters, based on the input of the Coordinator Install & Upgrade or Machine Father.
- Keeping track of orders through ASML channels, taking the ultimate needed date into account.
- Monitoring the estimated time of arrival (ETA) to ensure that items are delivered on time and sharing this information with team members involved.
- Making sure that orders arrive in the right place in a timely manner.
- Taking care of the administrative handling of orders and providing the needed documentation for Hengelo.
- Returning received defective spare parts in time.
- Keeping track of safety spare parts stock.
- Keeping track on left over parts from upgrades.
- Service for ASML based on DN, MN and updating SAP.
Tools:
- Organizing and ordering needed tools and providing a list of ordered tools
- Managing the tool cars and SAT cars and filling them with the right tools.
- Keeping an overview of all tools used by the Engineers and arranging a timely return
- Checking the tool status daily (for defects and availability) and updating the tool status list
- Organizing and planning a timely calibration of tools and equipment.
Job requirements
Education and Experience
Xelvin relocation program
Xelvin offers candidates from abroad a relocation program. This program ensures that international engineers are fully supported in the move to and integration in the Netherlands. We will assist you with the following:
- National Diploma (MBO level 3 or 4)
- Technical and logistical knowledge
- Knowledge of the ordering and delivery process
- Knowledge of the English language
Xelvin relocation program
Xelvin offers candidates from abroad a relocation program. This program ensures that international engineers are fully supported in the move to and integration in the Netherlands. We will assist you with the following:
- Helping you in the search for housing nearby the company together with our Relocation Consultant.
- Relocation Assistance Allowance of €1500,- NET in the first month to cover the costs of the relocation.
- Setting up a Dutch bank account
- Applying for the BSN number at the Dutch tax office
- Applying for the Dutch health insurance (everybody who is working in our country needs to apply for our health insurance. Depending on the health package you choose for this will cost around €110,- up to €130,- per month.
