Where would you fit?
Our team has created a technological solution for on-demand mobility providers (car subscription, carsharing, etc.), which allows them to optimize their integral and logistics operations. We are looking for a team of service agents with the skill set and enthusiasm to drive, deliver and collect vehicles from our customers, on behalf of on-demand mobility providers.
What is your role?
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks with the focus on being on the road. With the support of our back office you will receive workorders on your mobile device. Vehicle pick up & drop, transport your colleagues from and to different addresses in your designated region. Maintaining the fleet of our customers in a perfect condition with tasks such as; interior & exterior cleaning, fuelling, charging, ...

We are looking for a friendly and trustworthy individual with a passion for providing great customer service; someone responsible, who can drive according to our standard operating procedures, safely and within the law. We are looking for someone who is passionate about dealing with people and always offering the best customer service. We want you to love the sustainable mobility and automotive sector, but at the same time enjoy new technologies just like we do. We want a dynamic and flexible person, always willing to take on a tasks and is looking for continuous improvement.
Ideally, we would like you to have:
- Experience in customer service, preferred in the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated commitment to road safety and safety at work.
- Experience as a driver/courier service
- A mentality focused on customer service, loves to explain and inform about new mobility products, with the ability to provide feedback to the team itself for future improvement of the internal processes.
- Language skills: Dutch, basic (professional) English required and other languages are a plus.
- B driver license EU/EEA for at least 18months
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent contract
Salary: €2,000.00 - €2,300.00 per month
