L’Oréal is currently looking for a new team member to take over the responsibilities of Product Manager (Senior) for the Vichy brand in our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division.
YOU WILL:
- Orchestrate the launches of Vichy in Czech, Slovak & Hungarian pharmacies (online & offline), push the growth of its pillar products and strengthen consumer relationship. Contribute to LDB´s goal to build a fast growing profitable offline & online medical business model and data driven culture.
- Develop product, market & consumer expertise, and knowledge of LDB organization
- Collect and analyze consumer & market insights and competition strategies to make business recommendations
- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue to grow the brand
- Propose & monitor marketing mix strategies (online & offline) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experience
- Adapt the communication material (online & offline) and partner with selected clients to build joint communication
- Collaborate with other departments (medical, digital, commercial, logistics) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy
- Manage PPP budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy
YOU HAVE:
- University degree
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management
- fluent English and Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian language
- strong entrepreneur mindset
- excellent analytical skills
- the responsible, independent, and innovative approach
- a will to progress professionally within our regional organization
